I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body size and shape, or current 'ability'.

You don't have to be flexible, or super fit to practice yoga ... if you can breathe and move, you can do it! I stand on the philosophy of no judgement and no comparison.

*Yoga is the union of breath, body & mind. All you need is a desire to move towards better health through body awareness.*
